OCIO submits reports to legislative fiscal committees

The state Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has submitted two reports to the state Legislature, as required by the 2020 Supplemental Operating Budget:

  • Suspended and Terminated Information Technology Projects, June 1, 2020, through November 30, 2020: During the past six months, three IT projects subject to Section 701 were terminated due to project resources being redirected to COVID-19 efforts, agency budget reductions, significant changes to project scope or fundamental design problems. In addition, two IT projects were suspended as a result of operating outside of authorizing approvals and without fundamental program planning.
